Hi.

Welcome to my blog! Enjoy!

Postcards from Norway

Postcards from Norway

Norway has always been on my list of countries to visit and it finally happened this month. Four days is definitely not enough to entirely see the beauty of this country.
We stayed in Stavanger for 1 day and 3 days in Jorpeland and I wish, I truly wish that we stayed longer and visited more cities. One thing is for sure, I will visit the country again, SOON.

Where we stayed
In Stavanger, we stayed in St Svithum Hotell which is a few minutes away from the city centre. We chose this hotel as it is one of the hotels where we can be easily picked up for our hike to Kjerag.

In Jorpeland, we rented a house we found at Airbnb.co.uk. It has good reviews, close to shops and only 20 mins away (drive) from our 2nd hike which is Preikestolen (The Pulpit Rock).

It may sound biased to say this as we only stayed in the country for few days and only visited two places but Norway is such a beautiful country. From the steep mountains and beautiful fjords to long scenic driving routes and beautiful greeneries. The people in Norway are also nice, kind and always smiling. Like what I said, there is no doubt that I will be visiting this country again.

Keep scrolling for a photo diary of our trip to Stavanger and Jorpeland. Check out the youtube video at the end of this post to see these photos come to life :)
